ST. ANNE’S ON THE SEA, UK — Grab your lightsabers, polish your armour, and set your coordinates for the Lancashire coast. St. Anne’s on the Sea Town Council in partnership with Rebel Trading Events & Red Wizard Adventures Ltd is thrilled to announce a brand-new, universe-spanning extravaganza: St. Anne’s Multiverse 2027.
Taking place across the weekend of 12th and 13th June 2027, this seaside town is morphing into a full-blown Comic-Con meets immersive pop-culture festival. Whether you travel by Tardis, Millennium Falcon, or local bus, entry to the event is 100% FREE—and unlike a trip to Far Far Away, there are no bridge tolls to worry about (we’re looking at you, Shrek).
Here’s a sneak peek at what’s landing across town:
- Viking Invasion: Step back in time to the region’s origins with an immersive Viking encampment. (Battle axes welcome, pillaging strictly discouraged.)
- Sci-Fi & Superhero Town Centre Takeover: Town centre locations will be packed with iconic sci-fi vehicles, legendary props, and larger-than-life character encounters from Marvel, DC, and Star Wars.
- Collectibles Market, Photo Ops & Guests: The ultimate stash house for rare merch, vintage comics, and must-have gear. Meet special guest stars and strike a pose in front of blockbuster movie displays built for your social feeds.
Calling All Cosplayers & Local Businesses!
We are inviting enthusiasts, cosplayers, and pop-culture fans from across the galaxy to join our welcoming seaside community for the weekend.
Local businesses are also being called upon to join the chaos! We’re encouraging shopfronts and eateries to get in on the action with:
- Themed Food & Drink: (If anyone serves an authentic Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster, consider our day made.)
- Multiverse Merch: Window displays stocking everything from Lightsabers to Fedoras.
- Local Heroes Wanted: Calling all local Dungeon Masters—hands up if you’re ready to host an epic tabletop quest!
Whether you’re a lifelong geek, a curious local, or a Viking out of time, mark your calendars for 12th–13th June 2027.
