Back once again for it’s 4th instalment, St. Anne’s Activity Sessions (SAS) brings holiday fun to the youth of St. Anne’s.
After a successful trial in 2023 the St. Anne’s on the Sea Town Council Community and Neighbourhood (CAN) committee organised activity sessions return once again in 2026.
Throughout the Summer Holidays and beyond, FREE activity sessions will take place for children of school age who live within the Parish of St. Anne’s on the Sea.
The scheme aims to educate, inspire and entertain children, whilst also establishing a positive connection with the parks, open spaces and coastline of the Parish. We have some fantastic sessions this year from Multi-Sports to Arts & Crafts, First Aid, Circus Skills and Crown Green Bowling.
The Scheme is now in its final confirmed year. Primary funding was provided by St. Anne’s on the Sea Town Council and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Lancashire.
Additional partners and volunteers within the scheme have provided resources, expertise and venues etc. We are extremely grateful to the team of volunteers for their unwavering support, for increasing awareness of the scheme and helping to deliver over 140 sessions this season. Partners involved in the scheme include Fylde Council, Fylde Bowling Academy, RNLI, iHope, Fylde Rangers, Shepherd Road Allotments Society, REACK GK, Mini First Aid, CN Active and Davy Dee Entertainments, Pot Bound, Jester Circus Skills.
